Metta meditation, also known as loving-kindness meditation, a beautiful practice that has been used for thousands of years in Buddhist traditions, offers positive energy and kindness toward oneself and others.

Join us on this Dance of Kindness, as we invoke the sacred. Feel the energy of the universe pulsating within you as you’re gently guided into a calm hypnotic state where your heart chakra blooms, radiating love and healing.

While in the warm embrace of love you will silently recite phrases directed toward yourself and others. These phrases express kind intentions. Our Metta meditation includes:

  • Self-Compassion: Whisper Metta phrases to yourself—may I be safe, happy, healthy, and at ease.
  • Loved Ones: Extend Metta to cherished souls—family, friends, and even that neighbor who hums off-key.
  • Difficult Souls: Yes, even them. Send Metta to those who challenge you; their hearts need it too.
  • All Beings: Imagine a cosmic web connecting every living being. Shower them with Metta.

By reciting kind phrases you reduces negative emotions such as unworthiness, self-doubt, judgment, anger, and self-criticism, and promotes feelings of joy, trust, gratitude, happiness; which leads to greater appreciation, acceptance, and compassionate love for yourself and those around you.

Reduces Stress and Anxiety:

Mindfulness meditation, including Metta, significantly reduces anxiety symptoms. Regular practice can also reduce the inflammation response caused by stress. As self-compassion grows, you perceive yourself in a more positive light.

Metta meditation is a powerful practice that uplifts the mind, nurtures the heart, and positively impacts both mental and physical well-being. By radiating kindness, we raise our own vibrations and contribute to the collective energy of the world.
